RELEASE 2.4.1 SERVICE PACK 2 (02/2009)

 Westbrook Technologies Fortis 2.4.1 Service Pack 2 includes quality improvements and

new features that enhance reliability, security and performance. It is recommended that

all customers upgrade to Fortis 2.4.1 Service Pack 2 to take advantage of these

improvements.

 IMPORTANT: Customers must upgrade to Fortis 2.4.1 before applying this service

pack update. Once Fortis 2.4.1 Service Pack 2 has been installed customers must run a

Workstation Setup on all Fortis workstations. Installation instructions including

information on doing a push of the Workstation Setup update via MSI can be found in

the Fortis Installation Guide.pdf document included with the release or available for

download from our

HwebsiteH.



 Enhancement: COM – Added the ability via COM API to export individual document

pages including the physical dimensions of each page. (10012)

 COM: AddDocument – Resolved an issue with an exception being thrown when using

the AddDocument method to send a document to a Fortis In Basket. (9892)

 COM: CreateRuntimeQuery – Resolved an issue that was causing a memory allocation

error to occur when running queries using the CreateRuntimeQuery method in COM.

 DDE: QueryPromptsEx – Resolved an issue with the QueryPromptsEx DDE method not

returning the field name for query prompts that use the query operator(s) Contains or

Does Not Contain. (9986)

 Import Data and Documents: Import File Path – Enhanced the single record limitation

of 32k for import file path data so that it will now try to allocate enough memory to

read the entire record. (10021)

 Import Data and Documents: Update – Resolved an issue with Update Data and

Documents when using the “Update All Occurrences” option it would not consistently

update all occurrences of the document record.(9996)

 Fortis Inflo: Stability – Made several stability improvements to the Inflo Server related

to running multiple rules simultaneously. (10026)
